Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, we will do our best to make it right.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement when possible

We do not offer refunds for defective items unless a replacement cannot be provided.

Additional Notes

  • Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences and printing processes and are not considered defects.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
