• All products are made to order specifically for you after you place your order.

• Production typically takes 1–3 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order leaves Artelo’s facilities, delivery times vary based on where you’re located:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Most orders deliver within 2–3 business days after shipping.

International Shipping: We currently do not service international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this tracking information to check delivery status.
If you don’t receive tracking details within a few business days of purchase, please contact us.

Restrictions

• Some remote locations or regions may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times.
